Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you and Sourdough AI LLC (“we,” “us”) covering your use of Farm40. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Farm40 on behalf of a farm or business, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@farm40.com if you think someone else has gained access.

The Free plan covers a single farm with every feature and requires no credit card. The Pro plan is $19 per month and unlocks unlimited farms. Pro renews monthly until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from your account; you'll keep Pro through the end of the paid period and then drop back to the Free plan. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your farm records belong to you. You can export any record as a CSV file at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data. How we handle that data is described in our privacy policy.

Don't use Farm40 to break the law, to store data you have no right to, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell it as your own. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Farm40 helps you keep records — including REI, PHI, withdrawal windows, and traceability information — but the accuracy of what you enter, and responsibility for meeting the rules that apply to your operation, remain yours. The reports we generate reflect the data you provide.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work to keep Farm40 available and secure but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Sourdough AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sourdough AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there.

If we change these terms, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Farm40 after a change means you accept the new terms.
